One-on-One Nutritional Coaching

If you feel like your health needs an overhaul, One-on-One Nutritional Coaching may be right for you. We know that getting healthy can be hard - or downright confusing sometimes. With so many diet plans out there - Paleo, Ketogenic, Auto-immune, Gluten-free - how can you know you are doing the right diet for your body? And, even more, how can you know that the route you pick will lead you to success? 

We want to partner with you in your health journey and help you reach all of your goals. We have developed three levels of customized nutritional coaching, ranging from weekly meetings to monthly meetings. All of our one-on-one coaching plans involve:

  • A one-hour in-depth appointment with the doctor to help you troubleshoot, answer your questions, and refine your approach for the next week/phase. 

  • Mean plans and recipe resources

  • Weekly accountability emails to help you stay on-track and to answer your questions.

Each coaching plan is designed for a 3 month duration.  

Here is a list of our various One-on-One Nutritional Coaching options to help you get the most out of your lifestyle change.

 

Level 1 coaching

Our Level 1 Coaching is our most intensive nutritional coaching plan. It is best for those who have never been on a healthy eating plan, or those who have but feel like they are never successful on them. This plan is best for someone who is ready to overhaul their lifestyle and get on-track for clean, healthy eating. 

Level One Coaching includes the following:

  • Weekly one-hour meetings with Dr. Jill Plentl, D.C.

  • Customized dietary plans and recipe guides

  • Weekly emails for accountability 

  • Help with learning which ingredients are best (and worst) for you

  • Help with how to meal-prep and meal-plan

  • Weekly weigh-ins and measurements (if needed)

 

level 2 coaching

Our Level 2 Coaching is best for those who have been on a healthy eating plan but feel they need a refined approach. These people are familiar with healthy eating and cooking, but may be embarking on a new dietary plan that they haven't done before, or feel like they need more guidance and support to be successful. 

Level Two Coaching includes the following:

  • Bi-Weekly one-hour meetings with Dr. Jill Plentl, D.C.

  • Customized dietary plans and recipe guides

  • Weekly emails for accountability and troubleshooting

  • Meal-planning and meal-prep tips

 

level 3 coaching

Our Level 3 Coaching is best for healthy living veterans. These people are accustomed to healthy eating and cooking, but may be embarking on a new dietary plan that they haven't done before, or feel like they need a bit more guidance and support to be successful. These coaching meetings will be more focused on troubleshooting, working through frame-of-mind, and motivation for staying on-track with your plans. 

Level Three Coaching includes the following:

  • Monthly one-hour meetings with Dr. Jill Plentl, D.C.

  • Customized dietary plans and recipe guides as needed

  • Weekly emails for accountability and troubleshooting

  • Meal-planning and meal-prep tips
