One of the biggest roadblocks to getting healthy is finding the time to learn what your body most needs. We live in a fast-paced society, and with trying to balance family, work, and life, self-care can be a challenge.
We've come up with ways to help you get past this learning roadblock so you can be empowered to take charge of your health, even on a busy schedule. From online webinars and live videos to in-office workshops, we have a learning style to suite everyone!
Videos & Webinars
One of our most favorite ways to share healthy-living tips is via the internet! We host weekly Facebook live videos every Monday evening at 7pm, so you can either tune-in in real time or wait and watch later while your kids are sleeping.
We also upload our live videos and training onto our YouTube channel to make it easier to find past videos by topic.

We also host ongoing healthy living Facebook groups to help you stay motivated and encouraged. Our Healthy Living Resources Group focuses on basic health tips, recipes, and questions regarding popular dietary plans like Keto, Paleo, Gluten-free, and more.
Our Nutrigenomic Resources Group is for those interested in learning more about Nutrigenomic Testing. We host live videos into this group and share tips, resources, and FAQ about how your genes impact your nutrition and how your nutrition impacts your genes.
We also host private groups for other healthcare providers wanting to utilize Nutrigenomic Testing in their practice.

Health Challenge Groups
We know that getting healthy can be challenging when you don't have accountability and support. In order to remedy this we host regular online health challenge groups. These groups incorporate weekly topical emails, a group Facebook page for daily encouragement and tips, and prizes to keep the momentum going.
